1. Return Eligibility (Within 3 Days)
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, in original condition, with packaging and accessories intact, and with the invoice provided.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Earphones, earbuds, headphones
  • Tempered glass and screen protectors
  • Opened chargers, cables, and power banks
  • Used or damaged products

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Report within 24 hours for damage or within 3 days for defects.
  • Provide photos/videos and invoice.
  • Eligible cases receive replacement, repair, or refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued if no replacement is available or order is cancelled before dispatch.
  • Refund timeline: 3–14 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges allowed for wrong or defective items only, subject to stock availability.

5. Warranty Claims (6 Months)

  • Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
  • Does NOT cover physical damage, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or software modifications.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
